About Us:

Matt's Education is a trusted enrichment centre in Singapore, dedicated to empowering primary and secondary school students to excel academically and beyond. We are looking to revamp our website to better reflect our brand, engage with families, and provide a seamless user experience.

Scope of Work:

We are seeking a skilled website designer & developer who can design, code, and build a modern, user-friendly, and responsive website for Matt's Education. The new website should reflect our brand identity, be mobile-optimised, and serve as a strong digital presence for parents and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a visually appealing, responsive website.
  • Ensure seamless navigation and clear content structure.
  • Integrate social media links (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Optimise website for SEO to improve visibility and ranking.
  • Build functional registration and enquiry forms (with backend email notifications).
  • Create a "Contact Us" page with maps and clickable call/email functions.
  • Ensure website is secure, fast-loading, and mobile-optimised.
  • Provide CMS access or training so our team can update content easily.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in website design & development (please share past work/portfolio).
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or modern frameworks (WordPress, Webflow, or other relevant platforms).
  • Experience with SEO best practices and Google Analytics integration.
  • Ability to create responsive designs that work across desktop and mobile.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with our team and translate requirements into design.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with education/tuition brands.
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools or CRM integration.

Project Details:

  • Project-based role with clear milestones.
  • Timeline: 1 month. To be completed before 1 October 2025.
