About the role

Emerild's Scents Shop' is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team in SM Southmall Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth for our premium fragrance brand. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career development and growth within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, guiding them to the perfect products to meet their needs
  • Actively engage with customers, understand their preferences, and make relevant product recommendations
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-organised and visually appealing to customers
  • Collaborate with the wider team to improve store operations and drive sales
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the retail or cosmetics industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for the beauty and fragrance industry
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
