Waymo, an autonomous driving technology company under Google, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator with 1–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in interview scheduling, candidate coordination, or onboarding. If you are looking to join a global leader in innovation and talent, we would be excited to speak with you.

As a Recruitment Coordinator supporting the APAC region, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Responsibilities include:

Interview Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones within APAC.
  • Manage calendars using MS Outlook and ensure timely confirmation with candidates and interviewers.
  • Prepare interview packs, briefing documents, and logistics for hiring teams.

Candidate Management

  • Communicate professionally with candidates via email and phone.
  • Provide timely updates, follow-ups, and instructions throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with candidate tracking and data entry in recruitment systems/ATS.

Recruitment Administration

  • Support offer preparation, onboarding documentation, and background check coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and recruitment spreadsheets.
  • Assist with generating reports and updating hiring dashboards as needed.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with APAC recruiters, hiring managers, and global support teams.
  • Coordinate with multinational clients and internal departments to ensure alignment.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Research & Operational Support

  • Conduct research on talent markets, candidate profiles, and industry trends.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to workflow optimization.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and recruitment tasks as required.
