About Us:

We are building the next-generation real-money PVP casual games on the BingoPlus platform, combining competitive gameplay with social interaction. Our mission is to create lightweight, fast-paced, and engaging multiplayer games tailored to the unique needs of Southeast Asian users.

Role Overview:

As a Senior or Expert Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing the core server-side architecture for our real-time PVP games. You'll work closely with game designers, Unity developers, and DevOps to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems that support thousands of concurrent users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement backend systems for PVP casual games with real-money features (betting, rewards, matchmaking).
  • Develop RESTful APIs and WebSocket services for client-server communication.
  • Optimize performance and scalability for high-concurrency environments.
  • Ensure game data consistency, anti-cheat mechanisms, and transaction integrity.
  • Collaborate with Unity frontend developers and product teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Integrate third-party services (authentication, payment, analytics, etc.).
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of backend development experience.
  • Proficient in at least one of the following: Java, Golang
  • Experience with game server development or real-time multiplayer systems is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP/WebSocket).
  • Experience in high-concurrency backend services or real-money gaming platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on real-money or gambling platforms.
  • Familiar with PVP matchmaking, anti-fraud systems, or payout mechanisms.
  • Experience integrating with Unity game clients.
  • Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
