Join ING Hubs PH as a Backend Engineer where you will be part of a cross-functional team of talented individuals. You will report to a Chapter Lead who will guide your professional development and help you reach your full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reliable applications
  • Write automated tests
  • Setup CI/CD pipelines
  • Adopt a DevOps and Agile mindset
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define and design features
  • Incorporate security best practices into all stages of the development
  • Contribute to the team's growth through mentorship and technical interview

  • Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends

Key Capabilities/Eperience

  • Proven track-record of building backend solutions, including implementing RESTful APIs,

interfacing with databases, and integrating with messaging services, using a modern tech stack

  • Strong fundamentals in software development, including proficiency in OOP, functional programming, design patterns, concurrency, and TDD
  • Eperience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation
  • Eperience working in Agile, collaborating with teams, and demonstrating adaptability in a multicultural environment
