We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 
Senior .NET Developer
to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions
. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications.

Job Responsibilities: (Scope and Limitations of Functions)

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions using .NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers.

Job Skills: (Specialized Technical Expertise/Competencies)

  • Strong proficiency in the latest .NET / .NET Core Framework
  • Solid understanding of C# programming language
  • Experience with the following frameworks:
  • Identity Framework
  • Entity Framework
  • SQLKata / Dapper
  • Bootstrap 4 (and higher)
  • Blazor Framework
  • AWS
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and SignalR
  • Experience with Microsoft Interop Services
  • Knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS), including PostgreSQL and MySQL (Redshift is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of application and API architecture
  • Experience with process automation architecture and incident/release management
  • Knowledge of ITIL v2 is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with the latest .NET patterns and practices
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2x a week onsite) | Mid-shift schedule
