Summary:
Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company with a strong presence in the online gaming and digital entertainment industry. Their mission is to deliver innovative, data-driven, and culturally relevant gaming experiences tailored to the global market. They are currently expanding the team and seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join them in multiple roles.
Role and Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a bold, cohesive strategy that enhances Free2Play's identity, increases market visibility, and resonates with our target audience.
Team Management: Manage the team to ensure successful operational execution, campaign planning, and the management of weekly, monthly, and quarterly leaderboard incentives.
Content & Campaigns: Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and partnerships, to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure the brand is consistent across all touchpoints, fostering loyalty and trust among users.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, using data to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI on brand initiatives.
Work closely with design, product, and customer support teams to align brand efforts with business goals and user experience.
Stay ahead of trends in gaming, entertainment, and consumer behavior to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in building and scaling a brand or product, preferably in a consumer-facing industry (e.g., tech, entertainment, or lifestyle). Share specific examples of measurable impact.
A doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to turning ideas into reality.
Ability to craft compelling brand stories while grounding decisions in data and business objectives.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign management. Experience with content creation tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
Comfortable working in a dynamic on-site environment at the Manila office.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
iGaming experience is a plus.
Attention to detail and operational efficiency.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on player experience.
Ability to balance technical and commercial priorities.
Adaptability to a fast-paced, regulated industry.
