Brand Manager – Ophthalmology Location: Makati, Hybrid Company: Leading Pharmaceutical Company About the Role The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the Ophthalmology portfolio. This role plays a key part in driving brand performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve growth targets. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of brand plans and marketing strategies for ophthalmology products. Manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, including market research, product positioning, promotional activities, and performance tracking. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Medical, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure effective brand execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities. Manage product life cycles and ensure alignment with corporate and regional objectives. Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation. Drive brand awareness initiatives and support sales performance through marketing programs and tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or any related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand or product management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Experience in Ophthalmology or specialty therapeutic areas is an advantage.
