The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance. This role oversees brand positioning, product innovation, promotional campaigns, and market research to strengthen the restaurant’s presence and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement annual brand and marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Lead product launches, menu innovations, and limited‑time offers from concept to execution. Manage brand communication, advertising, and digital marketing initiatives across platforms. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistent brand execution. Oversee creative development and media planning with external agencies and partners. Monitor sales performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights. Ensure brand consistency in all customer touchpoints, including in‑store and digital channels. Drive local store marketing programs to boost traffic and brand visibility. Manage brand budget and optimize marketing spend. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the restaurant, food service, or FMCG industry. Strong analytical, creative, and project management skills. Experience in digital marketing, promotions, and product development is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
