Prefabricated Building Solutions Leasing and Imports are seeking a digital skilled Marketing Manager with a passion for construction innovation and sustainable building practices. This role will drive marketing strategies to expand our brand presence – imports, leasing pre fab, generate qualified leads, and communicate the unique value of prefab solutions to diverse audiences — from architects and developers to homeowners and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the prefab, leasing, imports and construction industry.
  • Create targeted campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences to promote products, services, and projects.
  • Manage social media presence, website content, trade show participation, and industry events.
  • Oversee production of marketing materials, including brochures, product sheets, videos, and case studies.
  • Coordinate PR efforts, press releases, and media relationships within the construction and architecture sectors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform campaigns.
  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, design, and project teams to align marketing with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in construction, architecture, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of industrial/B2B marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messages.
