The SEO Specialist will lead efforts to improve organic visibility and search rankings for three golf properties. The role focuses on technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and data-driven reporting to ensure continuous organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• SEO Strategy & Implementation: Conduct audits, implement on-page SEO practices, and suggest technical improvements.


• Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Identify ranking opportunities; optimize web pages and guide content teams for SEO alignment.


• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor keyword performance, organic traffic, and search visibility; generate monthly reports.


• Website Development Support: Provide SEO structure recommendations and collaborate with developers and designers on site layout and usability

• Collaboration & Communication: Join weekly marketing calls; maintain ongoing communication during business hours.

Requirements


• 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience in hospitality or golf industry industry


• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs


• Understanding of content optimization and keyword planning


• Familiarity with HTML basics and CMS platforms like WordPress


• Analytical and results-focused mindset

Hard Skills:


• SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)


• On-page optimization (meta tags, alt text, internal linking)


• Keyword research and content alignment


• Basic HTML and CMS management (WordPress preferred)


• Performance reporting and traffic analysis


• Knowledge of page speed, indexing, and mobile optimization
