Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will drive immediate revenue growth through digital marketplace management, Magento platform optimization, and targeted campaigns. This role requires hands-on expertise in eCommerce platforms, social media, and paid advertising to deliver measurable results and meet aggressive revenue targets.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
  • Strong Amazon and Marketplace skills
  • Proficiency in Magento eCommerce marketing
  • Experience in EDM and digital/social marketing
  • Knowledge of the Australian healthcare system (TGA, NDIS) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong SEO knowledge with proven practical implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in using Generative AI tools to enhance workflows and outcomes while safeguarding business and customer privacy.
  • HTML/CSS capability for content management and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • B2B marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare, medical devices, or assistive technology experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with international teams; Australian market knowledge preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering immediate results in performance-driven environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Internationally recognized digital, social marketing, and eCommerce qualifications.
  • Previous offshore or remote team collaboration experience.

Your Daily Tasks

Immediate Priority

  • Contribute directly to the 2025 revenue target and help close the budget gap by delivering immediate impact.

Key Growth Areas

  • Drive strong performance in mobility aids, exercise bands, and emerging digital marketplaces.
  • Expand D2C Amazon and other marketplace presence while maintaining the core healthcare professional customer base.

Digital Marketplace Management (Priority Focus)

  • Manage Amazon Australia seller account, including product listings, optimization, advertising campaigns, and inventory coordination.
  • Expand presence in emerging B2B marketplaces and manage trade-focused product positioning.
  • Evaluate and implement new opportunities by measuring ROI, strategic fit, and time to implement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy across all platforms; present findings with recommendations to the AU Commercial team.
  • Manage marketplace advertising budgets and optimize ROI.
  • Coordinate daily with the Australian procurement team on inventory and product availability.

Magento Platform Management (Hands-On Required)

  • Handle daily Magento administration, including product uploads, pricing updates, and content management.
  • Coordinate with the global technology team on optimizations and technical issues.
  • Monitor site performance metrics and implement improvements based on industry standards and PH Aus benchmarks.
  • Manage iterative website improvements focused on conversion.
  • Test new features and functionality before deployment.
  • Maintain accurate product catalogues across multiple sales channels.

Social Media & Paid Advertising

  • Repurpose existing global content for the Australian healthcare market.
  • Create original content targeted at healthcare professional education.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (B2B healthcare focus).
  • Drive qualified traffic to the eCommerce platform with clear conversion objectives through social media campaigns and SEO/SEA.
  • Oversee Google Ads campaigns for healthcare-related keywords.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs daily across all digital channels.
  • Provide weekly performance reporting to the ANZ Marketing Director.
  • Deliver monthly ROI analysis with strategic recommendations.
  • Support data-driven decision-making in collaboration with the ANZ commercial team.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

KPIs (First 6 Months)

  • Contribute directly to digital and eCommerce growth and the annual revenue target.
  • Increase marketplace revenue (Amazon and others) by 25%+.
  • Improve eCommerce conversion rates and average order values by 15%+.
  • Deliver positive ROI on all paid social campaigns within 90 days.
  • Complete platform optimization improvements with measurable analytics results.
