Urgent Hiring for a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic and growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our seasonal account clients, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The role is based in our Davao City office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and addressing a wide range of inquiries and issues
  2. Providing friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic support to customers
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer problems
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer queries
  3. A positive, patient and resilient attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  4. Knowledge of the call centre and customer service industry, including industry trends and best practices
