Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo ERP & Data Integration Specialist to support the setup, development, and integration of Odoo ERP for a cabinet manufacturing and renovation business.

This role focuses on technical ERP development, data management, and systems coordination — ensuring seamless data flow between Odoo ERP, Cabinet Vision, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Odoo SQL, Cabinet Vision SQL, and ERP process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Odoo ERP modules including Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Project Management, CRM, and Accounting.
• Manage data integration between Cabinet Vision and Odoo, ensuring accurate product mapping and database synchronization.
• Work with Odoo SQL and Cabinet Vision SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Support ERP system development and rollout, including workflow testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with developers and consultants to refine and optimize system workflows.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) for system documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee data movement across systems (ERP, CRM, manufacturing) and ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Contribute to new system development and process automation for greater operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between business operations and ERP systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP configuration, integration, and SQL database management.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, Microsoft Dynamics, and MS Nav, including assessing system structures and supporting system transitions or migrations.
• Experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage, including exposure to configuration, integration, or data management.
• Proven expertise in SQL, including data mapping, system synchronization, and database management (experience with Cabinet Vision SQL is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience across ERP, CRM, and Project Management modules, including system setup, workflow optimization, and data migration and validation across multiple systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a highly organized and detail-oriented approach.
• Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
