What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative assistants to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Provide training and guidance to administrative staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Liaise with other departments to understand their administrative needs and provide effective solutions
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and make travel arrangements as required
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the overall business operations

What we're looking for

  • With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in any supervisory position
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software
  • Experience in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
