We're looking for a hands-on performance marketer to help us scale our D2C smartly. This role is about structured testing, clear reporting, and making sharp, data-driven decisions that drive revenue.

About Us

We're Jungle Kitchen — a female-founded tropical food start-up creating regenerative pantry staples. We sell direct-to-consumer through Shopify and Amazon, with a growing focus on the US market.

The Role

  • Manage Meta and TikTok ad campaigns directly from our accounts.

  • Design and run structured tests (audience × creative × landing page).

  • Track key metrics — CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion — and present insights clearly.

  • Optimize spend by deciding when to scale, adjust, or pause campaigns.

  • Deliver regular reports with learnings and next steps.

  • Support sales campaigns by aligning ads with company goals.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns on lean budgets (US$500–2,000/month).

  • Evidence of CAC/ROAS improvements through structured testing.

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify/Amazon dashboards.

  • A disciplined, data-first approach to optimization.

Bonus

Experience with food, CPG, or e-commerce brands.

Landing page optimization skills.

Knowledge of US consumer markets.
