What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles
  • Screen and assess applicants through phone screenings, interviews, and skills assessments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and qualifications for open positions
  • Coordinate the hiring process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, checking references, and extending job offers
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the face of the company throughout the recruitment process
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimise the hiring process

What we're looking for

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the human resources industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
