Position: Mandarin HR Recruitment Specialist Industry: Mobile Technology Company Location: BGC, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Mon-Fri at 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Salary: Negotiable Work Set-up: Work On-Site BENEFITS: - Government-Mandated Benefits -HMO -13th Month Pay -Free Medical Examination -Load Allowance -Other allowances will be discussed by the company REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: -Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin. -Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field -Having at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment on -Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment compliance is an advantage RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION: -Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination -Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements -Source candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, manpower agencies) -Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams -Maintain and update the applicant tracker and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports -Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process RECRUITMENT PROCESS: -Paper Screening -Initial interview -HR Interview (Language Assessment) -Final Interview with Manager -Job Offer
