Job Overview:

To proactively manage the Accounts Receivables/Payables process, including the timely and accurate processing and payment of all compliant and approved creditor invoices.

Job Description:

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate data entry and coding to the appropriate general ledger accounts
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Maintain complete and organized records of all accounts payable transactions
• Prepare and submit timely payments to vendors, including wire transfers and cheque issuance
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure effective internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1-3 years of accounts payable/receivables, and/or ERP/Financial Reporting experience
• Experience within the BPO set up is a PLUS but not required
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Literacy in various MSO applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task
• Well-organized, and has a keen attention to details
• Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
