DESIGNATION : People Platforms and Analytics Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

The People Platforms and Analytics Associate will support HR technology and data initiatives by managing employee platforms, ensuring data accuracy, and generating insights through reporting and analytics. This role will partner with HR and business teams to improve processes, streamline workflows, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance the employee experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field
  • Experience with HRIS or people platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Jira) preferred
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
