Growth Intern Roles and Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with Buhay's COO and Growth Managers to help build the ecosystem in the Philippines to enable greater awareness, reputation, and visibility in the market. This should result in high-velocity lead pipeline flow and closed opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Find and develop new leads to support increased revenue for Buhay's loan origination/sourcing service with its Financial Institution (FI) partner's business credit line offerings. Lead generation can be done through tools including but not limited to LinkedIn, CRM platforms, Database Acquisition tools, etc.

•⁠ ⁠Lead efforts through tactics such as Callouts, E-mail Reachout, Communication apps messaging, and LinkedIn messaging to develop leads from cold to semi-warm.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in building a relationship alongside the Business Development team for demand-side opportunities through including but not limited to: digital conversations (LinkedIn, e-mail, and various communications apps, setting meetings, and follow-through of next steps (document collection, proposal follow-through).

•⁠ ⁠Utilize tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc to manage the pipeline of leads/deals for new clients.

•⁠ ⁠Report performance by submission of bi-weekly and monthly reports for the review of the Growth Managers, for all agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Conversations through LinkedIn, e-mail, and various communications apps (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, etc)

Setting of Scoping Meetings

Securing of Qualified Leads (for Pre-Sanctioning)

Contributing to the overall Launched Opportunities of the team.
