This position is be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights to aid in decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with overall objectives.
  • Monitor variances between actual and budgeted financial results, investigating and explaining discrepancies.

3. Cash Flow Management:

  • Manage and optimize cash flow to meet operational needs and financial obligations.
  • Implement effective treasury and cash management practices.
  • Tax funding and setup
  • Timely bank-recon

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and strategic planning.

5. Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.

6. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success in meeting departmental objectives.

7. Strategic Financial Advice:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and guidance on strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in key decision-making processes to drive organizational success.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
