We're looking for an Tour and Service Manager to be the indispensable leader, the guiding force, and the ultimate executor of our premier castaway and expedition tours across the stunning islands of El Nido and Coron, Palawan. This isn't your average 8-to-5. One day you're managing complex logistics in Coron harbor, the next you're ensuring a flawless, 5-star guest experience on a remote beach. You will be the vital link between our guests, our crew, and our management. Your primary goal is to ensure every tour runs flawlessly, consistently exceeding safety standards and customer expectations, all while maintaining the infectious, fun energy that defines a true "castaway" experience.

The Fun & Adventure Side: Leading the Experience

• Team Motivator: Lead by example, fostering a positive, energetic, and highly motivated work environment for our tour operators, tour guides, and support staff. You inspire excellence.
• Solutions Architect: Tackle any logistical challenge the tropics can throw at you—from sudden weather changes to supply shortages—with creativity, ingenuity, and a solution-oriented focus.
• Customer Champion: Interact frequently with guests, gathering feedback and ensuring their journey is truly unforgettable.

The Execution Side: Driving Performance and Results

• Logistics Manager: Take complete ownership of the master schedule. Manage all vessel maintenance, provisioning, inventory control, and crew assignments to guarantee 100% operational readiness every single day.
• Process Developer: Create, implement, and consistently enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safety, service quality, cleaning, and guest handling. You will ensure consistent adherence to our high standards.
• Performance Coach: Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide direct, firm coaching to staff. You must be able to train, elevate, and, when necessary, address performance gaps to maintain the highest levels of productivity and accountability.
• Financial Steward: Oversee operational spending, finding efficient solutions without ever compromising quality or safety. You will manage resources with discipline.
• Compliance Lead: Ensure all regulatory requirements (coast guard, local government) are strictly followed. Safety and compliance are the two areas where we are absolutely uncompromising.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory or management role, ideally within tourism, hospitality, or a fast-paced operations environment that demands strict schedule adherence.
• A results-focused mindset with a history of hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining world-class standards in a challenging, remote setting.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog (or a local dialect) is a major advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and modern inventory/scheduling software.
• Someone with a genuine passion for the ocean, conservation, and the unique culture of Palawan.
• A leader who is approachable and inspiring, yet possesses the strength to make tough decisions and uphold rigorous performance expectations.
