Job Title: F&B Service Supervisor

Departmental Scopes:

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage outlets (all day dining, room service, Bar, Happy Hour and function events) assuring that the hotel service standards are met, and guests' expectations exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree related/with Food and Beverage industry.
• Minimum of 5 years experience on supervisory level.
• Must have an experience in a 5 star hotel and/or restaurant establishment.

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:

• Manage, supervise, develop, discipline and counsel all the F&B service team members according to company policies and procedures.
• Review and evaluate the degree of guests' satisfaction to recommend operating policies whenever a change in demand, guests' dissatisfaction requires such changes.
• Oversees the function of all F&B team members, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
• Coordinates with Kitchen Team for the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with service staff.
• Maintains a consistent focus on cleanliness throughout all areas.
• Keeps aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in F&B preparation and service in the hotel and restaurant field.

Other preferred skills:

• Knowledge in Microsoft. Organizing the manpower schedule.
• With excellent presentation communication skills (verbal and written) .
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Knowledge in Bartender is advantage.
• To guide the team and to do trainings for any possible improvement needed.
