Tour Operator Lead

Outpost is a growing chain of hostels in Palawan, with locations in El Nido and Coron, offering unique expedition experiences to our guests.

As part of our expedition team, we offer guests unforgettable 3-day, 2-night expeditions from El Nido to Coron and vice versa. The Castaway Team plays a crucial role in providing smooth, memorable, and safe expedition experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

· Messaging and replying to guest inquiries and booking amendments following cancellation and other tour policies.

· Encoding and setting up rosters for expedition trips with all necessary guest details.

· The operator inputs and manages guest information, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded for the trip and delegate necessary concerns such as allergies, dietary restrictions etc.

· Coordinating with reception & social media manager regarding any booking and tour occupancy related matters.

· Executing and assisting the operator, purchasers, guides, and boat crew on expedition briefing and all departure protocols with purchasing, coast guard, and Philippine Port Authority.

· Encoding and tracking inventory levels, reports shortages, and notifies management for replenishment.

· In-charge with payment and compiling of order payable receipts, making sure it's organized and tracked regularly.

· Prepares and organizes all necessary documentation for the expedition, including guest forms and safety briefings.

· Assisting the management in all tasks needed: The operator supports the management with any additional tasks or responsibilities required for the successful execution of the expedition.

Qualifications

· Proficiency in English is a must (both spoken and written).

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy, especially when handling guest information, payments, and inventory.

· Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak periods or sudden rushes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php1,000.00 per day
