Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Collection Representative

In this role, the B2B Collections Representative is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable from business clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure timely payments while preserving positive client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Proactively contact business clients regarding overdue invoices to secure payment and resolve outstanding balances

• Issue Resolution: Investigate and address billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely and professional manner.

• Record Maintenance: Accurately document all collection activities in High Radius. This includes notating all phone calls, emails, and other client communications, and payment commitments in High Radius

• Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilize a variety of communication methods including phone calls and emails to reach our customers and resolve outstanding invoices.

• Professional Conduct: Handle challenging or sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and tact.

• Account Analysis: Review account histories, payment trends, and invoice delivery to

identify potential risks, delays, or opportunities to improve the collection process.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Sales, Cash Applications, AR Adjustments, etc.) to resolve any outstanding issues preventing payment from being made; ensuring alignment with company policy and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills – English language

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Excel preferred

• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Proficiency with Oracle and High Radius preferred

• Professional demeanor
