JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course.
  • With at least 5 years or more of work experience related in handling human resources (payroll and timekeeping) and administrative tasks.
  • Has basic working knowledge in accounting principles and regulations and its application to payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code and its implementing guidelines.
  • Detail-oriented and have the ability to do multi-task.
  • Has a strong sense or urgency and sound judgement.
  • Has initiative and resourcefulness in meeting objectives.
  • With basic knowledge and skills in MS Office particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Outlook
  • Currently residing at Dumaguete City or a nearby town.
  • Willing to travel to Quezon City to undergo a 1-2 weeks training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
