Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning Support Facilitator located at Westfields International School in Pampanga. The Learning Support Facilitator supports students with special needs by providing individualized assistance in the classroom. They collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to adapt teaching strategies and ensure a positive learning environment. The facilitator helps implement tailored interventions, promotes student independence, and contributes to the overall development of the student.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with special needs in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and behavior management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and empathy in working with students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
  • Certification in Special Education or related fields is a plus.
