Immersive Learning Experience Designer

Create exceptional learner experiences through the lens of learning sciences-based technology and user experience.

In this role, you'll design amazing learning experiences that drive better learning engagement and knowledge retention. You'll bring your expertise in instructional design and user experience to develop human-centered, goal-oriented, and data-driven virtual blended learning experiences.

  • Build, test, and deploy learning solutions that deliver great learning experiences across multiple clients, verticals, and geographies.
  • Apply human-centered design and design thinking principles in an agile and multidisciplinary environment.
  • Collaborate with the Global Learning Delivery Project Management team in curriculum design and redesign.
  • Use learning data to monitor performance, predict learner success, and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in building e-learning content using authoring tools, audio-editing tools, and learning technology apps.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced features in PowerPoint and basic features in Excel.
  • Basic project management skills and familiarity with task manager or productivity tools.
  • Experience in learning data analysis to effectively evaluate behavioral and business impact of training programs.
