Role Description

The
Branch Supervisor/Manager
is expected to oversee the daily operations of our branches. This pivotal role involves managing a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting operational goals, and maintaining the branch's efficiency. They also play a crucial role in ensuring that the branch operates smoothly and efficiently while contributing to the company's overall success.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Optimal Results:
    Leads overall branch performance to achieve sales targets, ensure full staffing, and drive client growth through effective selling strategies.
  • Operational Standards:
    Oversees cost control, inventory accuracy, and compliance while ensuring smooth daily operations and timely reporting.
  • Engagement:
    Manages staff training, scheduling, and performance while ensuring compliance, accurate records, and strong team engagement.
  • Facilities Management:
    Ensures branch cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance through regular inspections and coordination of repairs.

Qualifications

  • A holder of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Open to recent graduates
  • Candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in supervising retail stores have an advantage
  • Must be amenable to work in a shifting schedule
