Job Summary:

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the bar team to achieve operational goals. This role helps manage inventory, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support bartenders and bar staff during shifts.
  • Ensure high-quality beverage preparation and consistent service.
  • Monitor bar inventory, conduct stock counts, and coordinate ordering of supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area.
  • Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and shift reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local liquor laws.
  • Coordinate with management regarding promotions, events, and operational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
