About the role

DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Over the phone process- Nonvoice Dayshift Account to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within a leading customer service organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality customer service to clients through phone, email and chat channels
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying and escalating complex customer concerns to the appropriate teams
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
  • Proficient in using computer systems and technologies to support customer interactions
  • A positive, friendly and adaptable attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
