We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, assisting with banking transactions, and supporting overall accounting operations.

This position is based in San Antonio Village, Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy of data entries.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
  • Assist in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as banks, auditors, and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • File and organize financial documents for audit and reference purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
