Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy of data entries.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
  • Assist in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as banks, auditors, and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • File and organize financial documents for audit and reference purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
