Job Summary:

• To provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure and addressing IT-related issues efficiently.

Job Description:

• Maintain IT systems including hardware, software, and networking infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by employees.
• Assist in managing user accounts and permissions.
• Assists in managing hardware and software inventory.
• Do other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
