Task and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients to deeply understand their financial needs.

  • Take ownership of the entire sales funnel by actively generating qualified leads, meticulously managing prospects, and diligently following up on all inquiries to maximize conversion rates and achieve ambitious sales targets.

  • Efficiently guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is meticulously completed, accurate, and submitted in full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate, detailed sales reports, client information, and other relevant data.

  • Strictly adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or a closely related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and consistently driven by targets, with a resilient attitude towards achieving ambitious sales objectives.

  • Willingness to be assigned to our branches in Dumaguete, Talisay, Moalboal, or Carcar based on business needs and opportunities.
