Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
