Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Developer with a focus on ERP systems like NetSuite to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP platforms and solid programming expertise.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Development and Customization

  • Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules and functionalities to meet client requirements.
  • Customize ERP systems to support business processes and enhance performance.

Project Collaboration

  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to understand client requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

System Optimization & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve ERP issues related to performance, functionality, and scalability.
  • Optimize existing ERP systems for improved efficiency and reliability.

Data Management

  • Manage data migration efforts, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across ERP platforms.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on emerging ERP technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance ERP systems and processes within the organization.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

  • Prepare technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training sessions for team members.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Other degrees with proven equivalent experience are welcome to apply.

Experience

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in software development, with significant exposure to ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.
  • Skilled in supporting API integrations.
  • Basic ERP certifications preferred.
