What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your strengths, you'll focus on one (or a mix) of the following areas:

Sales Development (SDR Focus)

  • Identify, research, and reach out to qualified leads via email, LinkedIn, or calls
  • Manage outbound pipelines, follow-up cadences, and CRM hygiene
  • Set up discovery calls or hand off warm leads to Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead gen campaigns and outreach content

Data Analysis (Analyst Focus)

  • Build and maintain reports to track sales performance and outreach success
  • Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign impact
  • Clean, organize, and interpret data from tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, Excel, or Looker Studio
  • Help create dashboards that guide sales and marketing strategies
Who You Are
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or data analysis
  • Strong communication skills and confident in cold outreach or reporting insights
  • Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, Excel, or Notion
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple priorities
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B sales, growth marketing, or data visualization
