(1)『若手リーダー・責任者が多数活躍』
代表の辻村が2005年に大学卒業と同時に創業した会社で、全社の平均年齢も30代前半です。その中で、『100年続く偉大な会社』づくりの経営方針のひとつとして、2~3世代後の抜擢と育成を進めており、マネージャー・リーダー層では20代後半~30代が多く活躍しています。

しかし当社のマネジメントは決済や意思決定の範囲も大きいため、マネジメントの役割も営業系ベンチャーのように「部下育成・進捗管理」だけではありません。戦略・業務設計・配置・評価ほか多岐にわたる責任を持つ経験を積むことで、大きく視座を成長させす。

現在、主軸となる「Weblio辞書」「オンライン英会話」の拡大と併行し、新しいチャネル・領域・市場への展開を当社最重要ミッションとして加速しています。現状では、新規事業であるAI英語学習サービス「Weblio Study」が急成長しており、学校、自治体での導入が毎年倍々で増加しています。国の指針としても進む教育現場でのAI活用強化のなかで、もっとも使われるAI学習サービス提供企業となるべく日々サービス開発を進めています。

仕事内容

GRASグループ子会社であるWeblio Philippines,Inc(以下WP)にて
講師の管理部門でマネジメントを行っていただきます。

最初に追っていただくミッションは…「Weblio英会話の品質の向上。」

オンライン英会話の品質とはすなわち講師の対応品質であり、
その向上のための施策の立案・実行まで幅広くお任せいたします。
更には市場の様々なニーズに応え、これから生まれてくるであろう新たなレッスン形態に
対応ができる講師の育成等にご挑戦いただきたいです。

現在、WPは日本人3名、フィリピン人が約70名とフィリピン人が多くの割合を占めております。その環境下で確実に成果を出すためにフィリピン人たちを導いてください。

またゆくゆくは、支社長とともにWP全体の経営課題の解決などに取り組んでいただきたいと考えております。

募集の背景

オンライン総合辞書「Weblio」から始まったGRASグループは、創業から20周年を迎え、新たに学校教育市場にDXをもたらすために、オンライン英会話をはじめ様々なデジタルサービスを展開・拡大を試みております。

Weblio Philippines,Incは海外子会社として2014年に設立されました。本社と連携を取りながら主にオンライン英会話事業の在宅講師の採用、研修、レッスンの監視など幅広い役割を担っております。

今後、日本市場でもオンライン英会話や学校現場のDX化が加速するに備え、フィリピン法人のさらなる組織強化を図りたいと考え、フィリピン人たちを導いてくれるリーダーを迎えたいと考えております。

必須要件

〇社会人経験 2年以上

〇ビジネスレベルの英語能力(読み・書き・会話)
※TOEICスコア800以上目安

〇チームマネジメントのご経験(学生時代でも可)
⇒ベクトルがばらばらのチームを1つにまとめていくご経験
