QA Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Reviews reports and confers with quality assurance, management and engineering personnel to solve work-related problems;

1.1. conducts GMP/GWP audits and flags down areas of concern;

1.2. Initiates, recommends, develop, and documents, implements, audits, and analyzes quality assurance and management systems and programs such as SSOPs, GMP/GWP/GLP, SOP, HACCP and others.

1.3. Process non-conformances through investigation, root cause analysis, documentation, and corrective action validation; identify and implement areas of improvement to prevent recurrence;

1.4. consolidates, compiles, files and controls external documents and records such as Working drafts, specification sheets, licenses, permits, and other documents pertinent to QA processes;

1.5. assist in developing multiple documents and reports pertaining to facility maintenance and programs such as SSOP, SOP, HACCP, and other;

1.6. conducts regular sanitation audits;

1.7. Write and submit reports on a regular basis;

1.8. maintains calibration, validation and verification of existing measuring and testing equipment and recommends adjustment if needed;

1.9. has background in GMP and HACCP and RnD

1.10. assist and conducts trial testing

1.11. assist and conducts verification and validation studies

QUALIFICATIONS:

A .EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of BS Food technology

B. WORK EXPERIENCE:

. with at least 2 years experience in field of quality assurance and/or research and development

-with experience in QA documentations
