Job description:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company's products, services, and processes comply with established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, audits, and testing, as well as identifying areas for improvement to maintain high-quality outputs and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and process reviews to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Monitor production or service processes to identify deviations and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
  • Investigate customer complaints, non-conformance issues, and provide solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate QA documentation, reports, and records.
  • Collaborate with different departments (Production, Operations, HR, etc.) to address quality concerns.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees regarding quality standards and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product/service quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, quality management tools, and regulatory changes.
