QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably College Graduate / College level
  • Able to do multi-task
  • Knowledgeable in timekeeping
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and internet applications (email)
  • With minimum 1 year to 2 years working experience
  • Willing to be assigned in Tondo, Manila
  • With strong personality
  • With experience handling production workers in a manufacturing industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure proper timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.
  • Coordinate with clients on manpower requirements, deployment schedules, and performance updates.
  • Conduct new-employee orientation
  • Maintain strong client relationships by addressing HR and manpower concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Regularly update clients on employee performance, attendance, and deployment status.
  • Oversee employee discipline, grievance handling, and resolution of HR-related issues.
  • Prepare and issue notices such as NTEs, Das, suspension and termination letters in compliance with due process
  • Assist employees with concerns on benefits, loans, and claims by providing necessary forms and guidance.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on employee performance and attendance concerns raised by clients.
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
