DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide utmost customer service to all employees by assisting in their enrolment, availment and processing of corporate benefits including the following:
- Insurance application
- Uniform availment
- Health benefit enrolment
- Ensure that turn-around time for all corporate benefits processing are consistently followed
- Serves as liaison between private agencies concerned with employees corporate benefits claims. Monitor and follow-up documents from private queries in order to hasten processing employee benefits. Documents and monitors all incoming and outgoing documents pertaining to corporate employees' benefits claims
- Maintains the accuracy and updatedness of personnel benefits files in compliance with HRAD and company policies.
- Advises employees and distributes information regarding proper corporate benefits availment.
- Coordinates & conducts employee benefits orientation, makes presentations employing visuals as needed.
- Close coordination with Compensation in administering employee corporate benefits programs such as corporate salary loan and other corporate benefits for payroll process.
- Develop and maintain close coordination with HMO thru medical team regarding pre-employment medical requirements..
- Develop health and wellness programs that are applicable for employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education Graduate of BS Human Resource Management / AB or BS Psychology
B. Experience With 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resource
C. Licenses N/A & Others
· Required to care for and operate all assigned tools and equipment in safe and proper manner
· Required to care for and properly manage all facilities, materials, supplies, stocks and inventories under his/her supervision
· Required to maintain a clean, neat, and safe environment of the assigned workstation.
· With average communication skills, can handle multi tasking responsibility, flexible and persevering.
· With high degree of professionalsim and integrity
