What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance
  2. Listening attentively to customer concerns and proactively resolving issues
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  5. Adhering to established call centre protocols and procedures
  6. Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
  4. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  5. Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the team
