Job Summary
The BPO SPE Voice role is designed for professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience focusing on delivering exceptional customer service through voice support. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional voice support to customers ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and effectively
  • Utilize MS Office tools to document and manage customer interactions maintaining accurate records
  • Adapt to rotational shifts demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting customer needs at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve collective goals
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and improve service quality
  • Implement feedback from customers to refine processes and enhance satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive improvements in service delivery

Qualifications
