BASIC FUNCTION

The Trade Asset Assistant is responsible for supporting the deployment, monitoring, and retrieval of trade assets such as freezers. The role handles deliveries, pull-outs, and event bookings, while ensuring accurate encoding of orders and checking of billings. This position helps ensure efficient trade asset management to support sales and marketing operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and assist in the delivery of freezers to trade partners.
  • Facilitate pull-out of freezers when required.
  • Handle booking and logistics support for trade events.
  • Encode freezer orders accurately and maintain proper records.
  • Check and validate billing related to trade asset activities.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned to support trade asset operations.

QUALIFICATION GUIDES

  • At least College Level (Preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field).
  • With prior experience in logistics, sales support, warehouse, or trade asset handling preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in encoding.
  • Good organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
