We are hiring for a leading and globally recognized shipping company with exciting opportunities for experienced maritime professionals. Multiple roles are available, including Husbandry Manager, Husbandry Agents, and other key positions, offering a chance to contribute to operational excellence, ensure statutory compliance, and lead with professionalism in a dynamic environment.

Position: Husbandry Manager (Branch Manager) / Husbandry Agent

Hub Admin/ Hub Agent

Location: Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities related to Hub Agreements, ensuring timely appointment of agents and smooth execution of port calls in line with customer expectations.
  • Implement and manage the centralization initiatives as per global directives within the Southeast Asia region.
  • Supervise and guide the port operations team in efficiently managing all regional port calls and SASA global port calls.
  • Coordinate with global Husbandry Centres to ensure seamless operational flow and communication.
  • Lead and develop the regional Husbandry team through performance evaluation, coaching, and continuous process improvement.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency productivity, and cost effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant expenence in ships agency operations or a similar maritime background
  • Strong understanding of marine industry operations preferably with exposure to husbandry agency activities
