Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT and software development projects.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and external partners to align goals.
  • Facilitate meetings, track progress, and prepare clear project status reports.
  • Support testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure smooth project handover to operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in IT project management or related roles (QA, BA, PMO, Support, Development, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work on-site and attend occasional site visits.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing technical and project-related issues.

  • Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based or Hybrid with occasional travel required for site visits or vendor meetings.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate project deadlines and team needs.
