Job Description:

  • Responsible for handling the infrastructure and operations requirements of the bank's business unit's applications

The responsibilities we will trust you include but are not limited to:

  • Onboard business projects to identify proper support needed from ITIO
  • Manage the infrastructure requirements of the business system projects of the bank
  • Develop and create infrastructure workplan; optimize the workplan to recover delays but still be able to meet the project timeline
  • Conduct review of the in-flight system against the approved infrastructure design
  • Review and assist operationalization of a system prior to production implementation
  • Ensure proper transition of system from project delivery team to production support team
  • Report project outcomes, issues, and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed – escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and policies - SDLC
  • Recommend and implement changes to ITIO processes and policies
  • Monitor and address audit findings and related action items associated with the project
  • Perform other related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Preferred but not required:
  • IT project delivery & management
  • IT Operations
  • Process design & service improvement
  • Good understanding and knowledge of IT functions, operations, and supporting services
  • Has experience working in applications hosted in private or public cloud
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • A good team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively; excellent attention to detail; with good interpersonal relationship and positive attitude; able to manage conflicting views and opinions
  • Project management certification is a plus but not required
