About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the work of store associates to ensure efficient and effective store operations
  2. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
  4. Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organised work environment
  5. Assisting with the training and development of store associates
  6. Generating and analysing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  7. Collaborating with the management team to achieve store performance goals and objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail store supervisory or management role
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive shopping experience
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  4. Proficiency in inventory management and problem-solving
  5. Familiarity with retail industry best practices and trends
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
